about me

Brief self-introduction

I was born in Japan, educated in Taiwan, received a master's degree in the United States, and worked in mainland China for several years. I am a translator, or I should say that I consider myself a professional translator. My translation content is not just about translating texts and oral narrations in different languages into another language; translating what humans want to do to computers; translating proper nouns in different professional fields to other professional fields; in the future, I want to translate the ideas and needs of trees to humans.
For my detailed technology and work experience, please refer to the linked in link in the upper right corner.

I am a translator, at least I believe so. I translate and interpret between different languages, I transfer concepts from one professional field to another, I bring ideas from humans to computer, and I will interpret a tree's thought to humans in the future. Born in Japan, grown up in Taiwan, got a master's degree in the U.S., and I have been working in China for many years. Want to know more about me? Life experience outside of work

The whole life is like a symphony. When I am responsible for the accompaniment, I grasp every note and play in harmony with the main melody. And waiting for my main theme.
When my solo chapter comes, I will take a deep breath and try to play my own style.

The special thing about swimming is not the water but the air. This kind of intense exercise especially requires air that most people don't cherish. How to use scarce air to create the fastest speed? This depends on paying more attention to each breath when you exercise.

Like other chess games, the fun part of Go is not that you can strategize between macro strategy and micro tactics.
It's about teaching yourself time and time again that before you want to defeat your opponent, you must fully understand the opponent and be able to view the game from his perspective.

Do you believe that plants have souls? Not only do I believe that plants have souls, but I also believe that because plants cannot walk and move, they have stronger spiritual power than animals. Dr. Peter Tompkins wrote a book called "The Secret Life of Plants". Many scientific experiments have been used to prove a fact that everyone has believed for thousands of years but has been forgotten by humans in recent years: plants have souls.

Information management

The importance and impact of information technology are self-evident, and I have been studying this field since college. Compared with IT technology itself, I believe that program development is an art. So I prefer to delve into the application and management aspects of programming.
It includes data analysis (data warehousing) extended by database; design pattern (design pattern) extended by programming; agile (Agile) and operation and maintenance (DevOps) extended by software project management; and the series of various systems and management objectives extended by ERP.

project management

Project management is not an extension of work in other knowledge areas; project management is a profession in itself.
In addition to being a PMP for more than 12 years and having more than 15 years of project management experience, I also have research on Agile project management in the software industry.
I am also committed to the establishment and development of project management offices (PMO) in various companies. This will be an inevitable trend for future enterprises. In promoting PMO, I particularly focus on change management (change management); project management informatization; and cross-international project management issues.

translate

Compared with the first two majors, translation is a very old and traditional technology. Translation is based on understanding the traditions and life background of another country and nation, expressing the original author's views on the environment he faced from words and sentences, and expressing it in a way that another country and nation can understand.
I have translated Mr. Kenichi Ohmae's forum; I have also translated the professional book of the Project Management Office, "The Invincible Method of PMO". As a programmer, I will also use modern information technology to assist the team in translation and improve translation efficiency. Information technology will not eliminate translation work, but will improve the efficiency of translation work.
